

We take inspiration from the bold flavours of Thailand whilst utilising seasonal produce from around the British Isles – slow grown and sustainably farmed plants, native breed meats and line-caught seafood. Dishes change frequently in keeping with our ethos for serving peak seasonal produce. Online menus serve as a guide.

We will do our best to accommodate all allergens or dietary requirements, but due to the nature of our menu, we are unable to accommodate the following allergens: allium, citrus, coconut, coriander (root and seeds), rapeseed oil and chilli. Our lunch menu is available from Wednesday to Friday, while our full tasting menu is served at dinner and on Saturday lunch.
