Celebrating One Michelin Star

Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve been reflecting on the incredible recognition we received: a Michelin star, just three months after opening AngloThai. We are overwhelmed with pride, humility, and so many emotions. This achievement has been a decade-long pursuit of perfection, and we’re still processing it all.

Opening a restaurant is a leap into the unknown—wondering if people will come and, more importantly, if they will embrace your vision. To be honoured with a Michelin star so early is beyond our wildest dreams. This wouldn’t have been possible without the tireless drive, passion, and love of our incredible team.

Thank you to our exceptional team, our best-in-class suppliers, and of course, to our wonderful guests. We are endlessly grateful to Thailand, whose people, stories, and traditions inspire us every day.

This moment will stay with us forever. We are profoundly humbled.
