AngloThai takes inspiration from the bold flavours of Thailand whilst utilising seasonal produce from around the British Isles – slow grown and sustainably farmed plants, native breed meats and line-caught seafood. We present a contemporary interpretation of Thai cuisine, showcasing innovative techniques and creative recipes, while respecting the traditional cooking styles of Thailand and its culture.
Our wine list champions British and European producers that cite excellent craftsmanship at the forefront of grape growing, harvesting and wine production. These handcrafted wines are made with love and respect, ensuring each bottle has a story to tell and is alive with energy and flavour.
